This scope of work provides an overview of the custodial services to be fulfilled on campus. The following areas are included:

• Entrances, lobby, and halls

• Classrooms, library, offices, and conference rooms

• Floors, walls, windows, and doors

• Gym

• Nurse Office

• Cafeteria

• PE offices

• Restrooms

Custodial services will at FCA Schertz be provided at the APPA Cleaning Standard Level 2 (See Below).

• Clean and disinfect water fountain
