Sub Position Sub Position for all Nutrition kitchens. Hours would be vary and this would be an as needed position Hiring date will be as soon as possible and for the remainder of the 26-27 school year. Duties include but are not limited to: Washing dishes/pans Manual ware washing Serving food Making salads/sandwiches Cupping up fruit Setting up the food line Helping where needed in the kitchen. Facility Upkeep such as sweeping and mopping floors Basic kitchen duties Student Interaction Reliability Professionalism Must be able to lift heavy objects. with no problems and must be able to work at a fast pace on your feet for long periods of time. Must have tolerance of heat and humidity. Must have the basic concept of working with food and have some food safety knowledge. This position would require you to be flexible with your hours All other assignments designated by the Manager and Nutrition Services Director Benefits of the Role: Working for the Central DeWitt Nutrition Services department offers a unique opportunity to support student wellness with a schedule that follows the school calendarmeaning no nights, weekends, or holidays and the ability to say no if you have plans elsewhere that day.
