This position ensures that professional development and PEAK initiatives are organized, communicated, resourced, and implemented at a high level across the district. The Facilitator III works collaboratively with Curriculum Facilitators, district leaders, schools, presenters, vendors, and community partners to translate the district's instructional vision into high-quality learning experiences for both staff and students. Essential Job Functions Content & Instructional Leadership
• Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of districtwide professional development and PEAK Experiences aligned with district instructional priorities
• Collaborate with Curriculum Facilitators and district leaders to translate instructional priorities into organized, high-quality learning experiences for staff and students
• Support development and organization of presentation decks, facilitator guides, participant materials, protocols, and other professional learning resources
• Ensure professional learning and PEAK materials are clear, professional, engaging, and consistent with district expectations
• Support development of repeatable structures, resources, and processes that promote consistent implementation across schools
Professional Learning & Capacity Building
• Coordinate districtwide professional development events from initial planning through implementation, including schedules, locations, room assignments, technology, materials, signage, supplies, catering, and other event needs
• Coordinate and maintain the district Professional Learning Plan (PLP), including the districtwide professional learning calendar, offerings, registration processes, participation information, and supporting documentation
• Manage presenter and participant logistics, communications, schedules, materials, room assignments, and day-of-event support
• Provide facilitation and participant-management support during large-scale professional learning events to ensure sessions operate effectively and provide a consistent, professional experience
• Collaborate with Curriculum Facilitators and district leaders to develop and implement professional learning aligned with district priorities and instructional expectations
Curriculum Implementation & Support
• Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of districtwide PEAK Experiences in collaboration with Curriculum Facilitators, schools, vendors, and community partners
• Support alignment of PEAK Experiences with grade-level curriculum, focus standards, district instructional priorities, and intended demonstrations of learning
• Coordinate PEAK schedules, locations, materials, supplies, transportation-related communication, vendors, community partners, and participating schools
• Maintain PEAK calendars, implementation timelines, planning documents, and communication materials and coordinate with school-based PEAK Points of Contact
• Coordinate the Supplies for Success initiative, including planning, ordering, inventory, organization, distribution, recordkeeping, and communication with schools and district departments
Assessment & Data Analysis
• Maintain accurate records related to professional learning offerings, registration, attendance, participation, completion, PEAK Experiences, and Supplies for Success
• Collect and organize participant feedback, participation information, implementation evidence, and artifacts to support evaluation and continuous improvement of professional learning and PEAK Experiences
• Monitor implementation data, timelines, participation trends, and feedback to identify logistical or programmatic areas requiring adjustment
• Collaborate with Curriculum Facilitators and district leaders to use available data and feedback to strengthen future professional learning and PEAK Experiences
• Maintain organized documentation and systems that support accurate reporting, planning, and evaluation of assigned initiatives
Collaboration & Systems Alignment
• Serve as a central point of coordination among Curriculum Facilitators, district leaders, schools, presenters, vendors, community partners, and other departments supporting professional development and PEAK Experiences
• Develop and maintain comprehensive calendars, schedules, timelines, implementation plans, shared documents, and project-management systems for assigned initiatives
• Develop clear and timely communications regarding professional development, PLP opportunities, PEAK Experiences, and Supplies for Success
• Participate in planning meetings and translate decisions and district priorities into actionable timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables
• Monitor deadlines, coordinate follow-up, anticipate implementation challenges, and proactively develop solutions to ensure successful execution
• Coordinate event technology, presentation materials, facilities, hospitality, supplies, vendors, and other operational requirements necessary for successful districtwide implementation

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid state teaching license
• Minimum of 5–7 years of successful teaching experience
• Demonstrated leadership in curriculum development, instructional design, or content-area leadership
• Experience designing and facilitating professional learning at the school or district level
• Strong background in data analysis and instructional improvement
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Experience leading district-level initiatives or cross-school work
• Deep expertise in a specific content area (e.g., Humanities, STEM, Literacy)
• Experience supporting instructional material adoption or implementation
• Knowledge of state standards and assessment systems (e.g., Colorado Academic Standards)
Working Conditions & Physical Demands Work is primarily sedentary with periods of light activity. Essential functions may include walking or standing for brief periods; lifting and carrying materials up to 20 pounds; climbing stairs; bending; reaching; handling objects; and operating a computer and standard office equipment.
