• California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with children with speech and language disorder
• Copy of Transcripts (Pre/Post BA)
• Resume
• Three(3) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application < **Note: Cell phone photo copies of documents are not accepted
