About this role

Application Details Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more, or 18 years or over for certain disadvantaged groups. Accredited training will be provided to support your career development. The role involves: Welcoming visitors, answering telephone calls and directing enquiries. Providing general reception and administrative support. Filing, organising and updating paper and electronic documents. Using email and basic office equipment such as printers, scanners and photocopiers. Assisting with classroom preparation and supporting classes and training activities. Assisting with meetings, events and room setup. Preparing tea, coffee and light refreshments when required. Maintaining a tidy, welcoming and professional environment.
