The position is for 32 hours a week between Monday and Friday

Patient Assistant Supervisor
Responsible to Surgery Manager
Responsible for staff as indicated on organisational structure chart
Job purpose
To support the Partners and CEO in delivering the Vision, Mission and Values of the Bromley by Bow Health Partnership.
In particular to have responsibility for

The post holder occupies a particular position of responsibility and trust, as they have access to sensitive patient, staff and business information. The post holder should have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work as part of a team and also on their own initiative.
Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Education to GCSE level or above (minimum of 5 GCSEs at A* - C) Working in a GP surgery for at least two years Management of staff for at least one year or being an experienced Health Centre receptionist who can demonstrate that they are ready to take on managerial responsibilities Understanding of emis web Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
