We seek an experienced Theatre Manager to lead our theatre team in 5 operating theatres, implementing quality and strategic initiatives. This role involves building relationships with consultants, senior teams, healthcare professionals, and patients.

You will manage the budget, ensuring patient safety and experience while adhering to clinical governance and CQC standards.

As a leader, you'll motivate your team, drive performance, and support new hospital initiatives, while also having opportunities for professional development through Ramsay Academy.

Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient perioperative care.

The successful candidate will have current NMC/HCPC registration, extensive Theatre management knowledge, strong leadership, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, they will ensure the department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led, driving efficiency and maximizing session utilization.
