Main duties of the job As a Central Team Administrator at Operose Health, you will be responsible for responding to patient queries, managing appointment requests, signposting patients to services, and maintaining patient records. Your role will involve emailing, scanning, coding clinical correspondence, processing prescription requests, and using information systems to support workflows. Essential skills include reception or customer care experience, excellent communication (spoken and written), and basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email). Experience in the NHS is welcome but not essential. Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

Responding to patient queries and liaising with the wider primary care team as well as managing appointment requests, signposting patients to our range of services and maintaining patient records and confidentiality. Emailing, scanning and coding clinical correspondence. Processing prescriptions requests. Utilising other information systems to support efficient workflow processes.Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues:

Reception or customer care experience is essential as well as an excellent communicator both spoken and written. Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email. Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security. Previous experience of working in the NHS is welcome but not essential. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Reception or customer care experience and basic PC skills in Word, Excel, and email are essential. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) are necessary. Experience in working within processes and maintaining confidentiality and data security is needed. Previous NHS experience is welcome but not essential.
