Main duties of the job As a Radiographer, you will:
Help deliver our high-quality diagnostic imaging service Experience a varied caseload in the department, on the ward and in theatre Work with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment and facilities Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures Supervise and develop junior colleagues Ensure that what you do is delivered with sensitivity and compassion

The Nuffield Health Derby Hospital is a modern, purpose-built hospital with 38 en-suite beds, three operating theatres, and together with a comprehensive range of outpatient services.
The Radiology department is a small but busy department covering general radiographic procedures, theatre, ultrasound, MRI and CT. Set in beautiful grounds, we're about 3 miles from the city centre, within easy reach of all major roads and bus routes

As a Radiographer, you'll bring high levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and you're caring by nature. You hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a postgraduate qualification and excellent teamwork skills. As a Radiographer, you will:

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
You hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
Experience Essential
A postgraduate qualification and excellent teamwork skills.
