About this role

Planned Works Coordinator

Salary: £37,901 per annum

Location: London, Hybrid working.

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

Closing date: 23 October 2026

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Planned Works Coordinator to support the delivery of our planned, major works and retrofit programmes.

Working closely with our Project Manager, contractors, consultants, residents and colleagues across IDS, you’ll help keep projects organised, information and asset data accurate, residents informed and works progressing effectively.

The role

You’ll support the coordination of planned works, stock condition surveys and retrofit activity, including:

• maintaining project trackers, programme, financial and asset information;

• coordinating resident communications and contractor activity;

• supporting performance monitoring, quality assurance and site inspections;

• tracking defects and project documentation through to completion; and

• supporting reporting across planned works, Decent Homes, sustainability and retrofit programmes.

About you

You’ll be highly organised, comfortable working with data and able to manage competing priorities. You’ll have experience of maintaining accurate records and working with contractors and stakeholders, alongside a good understanding of building works and works delivered in occupied homes.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and good IT skills are essential. Experience of asset management systems, stock condition data, planned maintenance or retrofit programmes would be an advantage.

Working at IDS

You’ll be joining a small organisation where you can work closely with colleagues across different teams and see the impact of your work on our homes and residents.

Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who will work in line with our TRACI values – Transparent, Respectful, Accountable, Collaborative and Inclusive – and bring a positive, resident-focused approach to the role.

Closing date: 23 October 2026
