We are looking for a couple of qualified individuals who have a heart for helping men and women in recovery from addiction!
Clinicians provide direct clinical services within a residential treatment setting. This role is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, group facilitation, care coordination, and discharge planning in alignment with clinical and program requirements. Clinicians function as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and contribute to a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment that supports stabilization and progression through care.
Must be a CSAC (Certified Substance Abuse Counselor), CSAC-Supervisee or eligible. Clinicians must have, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree with Human Services Coursework. Daytime hours with weekend flexibility required. Must have a passion and talent for leading engaging groups.
We are looking for a candidate that has:
• Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills for documentation; including group notes, Individual Service Plans, drug screens, etc.
• Ability to work with other agency personnel
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to intervene in crisis situations and support staff in navigating these crises successfully
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree with coursework in a Human Services field
• Valid Driver's License
• Background check & Drug screen required
