We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this key role, you’ll be the bridge between our technicians, service advisors, and customers—helping ensure every repair and maintenance visit runs efficiently from start to finish.
Location: 1370 Chemong Rd, Peterborough ON (Hyundai)
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 per year
What You Will Be Doing:
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, courteous assistance with service-related inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage customer service appointments based on shop capacity and technician availability.
• Contact customers regarding CSI, follow-ups to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Monitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, text messages, and other customer communications in a timely manner.
• Coordinate customer communication between the service department, technicians, and advisors to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointment confirmations, vehicle status, and service-related questions.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in the dealership/service management system.
• Assist the Service Department with daily administrative tasks and help ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
What You Bring to the Table:
• Valid G driver's license
• Clean driver's abstract
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays
• PBS experience is a definite asset
• Previous Service advisor with a proven track record is considered an asset, however, we will train the right person for the role
• A very positive person who must possess excellent computer skills , and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• We are looking for stable, long-term candidates with a proven stable track record
