About this role
We are looking for a motivated Music specialist to:
Lead and develop the Music department to secure excellent progress and attainment acrossKey Stages 3 and 4.
Develop and further build upon the music curriculum.Improve teaching and assessment so misconceptions are identified and addressed at pointof learning.
Line-manage and develop staff, deploy specialist expertise equitably and grow departmentalcapacity.
Use data precisely to set targets, monitor impact and evaluate interventions (including fordisadvantaged and SEND students).
Promote music education across the school.
