Employees are currently expected to meet an in-office cadence requirement at least three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Make sure you can fulfill this requirement before applying.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and perform various reconciliations
• Support trade confirmation & settlements
• Support month end & quarter end reporting
• Support nightly ETF baskets
• Ad-hoc tasks & projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications
• Basic understanding of financial instruments
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• 1 year in middle/front office or ETF related experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
• Thrive in a dynamic, innovative setting by being adaptable, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with SS&C Geneva preferred
• Intermediate knowledge with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI/Tableau) preferred
• Experience with multiple investment products such as Futures, Bonds, & Equities preferred
Compensation Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 This position is a hybrid opportunity based in our Chicago office. #LI-Hybrid
