FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES:

Aplicar el conocimiento de los requisitos de Inspección y GMP a diario. Las funciones y responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, pero no se limitan a, las siguientes:

• Realizar actividades de inspección para garantizar la calidad de los productos y materias primas utilizadas en la fabricación de productos para cumplir con los estándares internos o del cliente. • Responsable del manejo correcto de los accesorios y equipos correspondientes. • Uso correcto de registros de inspección de calidad siguiendo los requisitos de las GMP. • Garantizar la consistencia y calidad de los registros editando y corrigiendo toda la documentación antes de enviarla al centro de documentación para su almacenamiento. • Mantener y archivar documentos de manera organizada y recuperable (manual o electrónicamente) para cumplir con los procedimientos, regulaciones y estándares. • Custodia de todos los registros de calidad de Inspección en Proceso. • Programar revisiones periódicas de documentos para asegurar que estén en conformidad con los requisitos y procesos de Nevro, así como con las regulaciones externas.

• Comunicar correcciones y oportunidades de mejora. • Responsable de garantizar la liberación oportuna de subensambles y ensambles al ejecutar, revisar y aprobar Registros de Historial de Dispositivos (DHR) y transacciones de ERP según los requisitos internos. • Responsable del control de material no conforme (identificación, segregación). • Interactuar con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar que se cumplan e implementen los requisitos de cumplimiento internos y externos según lo requerido. • Etiquetado y segregación de componentes y ensambles. • Notificar a departamentos multifuncionales, incluidos Producción, Calidad y Compras, sobre disposiciones de componentes/ensambles y/o retenciones de material. • Administrar disposiciones y consultas de componentes/ensambles utilizando el sistema QAD.

• Apoyar con actividades de Auditorías Externas según sea necesario y según lo indique. • Realizar otras tareas asignadas. • Responsable de la liberación de subensambles, ensambles y ensambles finales. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de gestión de la organización para garantizar la eficacia, adherencia y cumplimiento a las políticas, estándares y requisitos regulatorios establecidos.
