·Responsabilidades y otras funciones según sean asignadas:
• Las funciones y responsabilidades esenciales para esta posición incluyen, pero no se limitan a las siguientes:
Efectuar funciones de ensamblaje electrónico:
• Ensamblar, soldar y realizar pruebas a dispositivos médicos y partes relacionadas por medio de microscopios y herramientas pertinentes.
• Detectar y corregir problemas mediante inspección visual de las partes.
• Realizar pruebas de las unidades por medio de equipo computarizado y automatizado de pruebas.
Efectuar funciones de moldeado:
• Inspeccionar dispositivos médicos y ensambles relacionados después de las operaciones de moldeo a fin de detectar burbujas, mellas y/o exceso de resina.
• Utilizar taladros pequeños, fresadoras, pistolas de roscar y cuchillas para acceder a burbujas y eliminar exceso de resina.
• Parchar y reparar burbujas y vacíos mediante jeringas y herramientas pequeñas. Colocar partes en el horno para secar parches de resina.
Efectuar funciones de ensamblaje mecánico:
• Agrupar, ensamblar, adherir recubrimientos y procesar dispositivos médicos y partes relacionadas por medio de microscopios y herramientas pertinentes.
• Detectar y corregir problemas mediante la revisión de los dispositivos y los componentes y la inspección visual de partes/ensambles.
• Reparar y corregir dispositivos y componentes relacionados por medio de microscopios y herramientas pertinentes.
Podría configurar/utilizar equipo especial de pruebas. Notificar al supervisor la necesidad de reabastecer suministros/materiales y de cualquier dificultad de producción que no pueda corregirse fácilmente. de la organización para garantizar la eficacia, adherencia y cumplimiento a las políticas, estándares y requisitos regulatorios establecidos.
