Nevro also provides minimally invasive treatment options for patients suffering from chronic sacroiliac joint pain. The duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Oversee operations efficiency and standardization in the production lines. • Directly responsible for the production and quality of the product, as well as line personnel. • Analyze and evaluate process improvements in order to reduce defects and scrap and/or improve yields. • Follow procedures established for each operation, and keep work areas organized and clean at all times. • Participate and/or lead problem-solving processes, whether due to increasing trends on complaints, defects, scrap, or low productivity, among others. • Monitors compliance within company policies and procedures (e.g., compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, or other regulations). • Comply with all safety and health regulations for the position and the direct reports. • Comply with all quality regulations for the position and the direct reports. • Ensure compliance of the organization's management systems to guarantee effectiveness and adherence to established policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. • Generate/Maintain a Training Plan and Matrix for direct labor (operators). • Ensure direct labor is trained to the latest versions of the MPIs. • Establish the Qualified Trainer requirements. • Identify and develop potential Qualified Trainers in production. • Generate and maintaine WI(s) to support the Instruction Led process and all aids required to facilitate the training process. • Manage the Instructor Led training budget for the site. • Ensure Training Technician monitor and send training compliance report to the Production Supervisor. • Ensure Training representative for the NHO sessions when implemented. • Be the Instructor Led Training representative for the CR site for internal and external audits. • Consolidate Training Matrix updates related to the CR Job Codes and share them with the Training Coordinator in Corporate. Ensure affected positions are informed about the changes and follow up on their trainings while the Training Matrix update is released.
