About this role
As part of a global CRM transformation in the pharmaceutical sector, this working student role supports the enablement and adoption of Salesforce as the company’s global CRM platform. You will gain hands-on experience in digital transformation, learning and development, and user enablement while helping international teams work confidently with new tools and processes.
Your challenge in detail
• You will support the development, maintenance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of training and enablement materials • You will help to transform complex system or business-process information into clear and user-friendly learning content • You will perform quality checks on training and enablement materials for accuracy, branding, consistency, formatting, terminology, links, and visual quality • You will support version control and the structured organization of training content and documentation • You will test learning materials and resources prior to publication or delivery • You will support cross-functional alignment and support communication and adoption strategies
Your competence is in demand
• Current full-time studies in Communication, Education / Learning & Development, Digital Media, Business or a related field
• Very good English skills, written and spoken; good German skills are a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Proactive and highly detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams • Active interest in technology, learning, digital enablement, or Salesforce/CRM • Enthusiasm for technology and an interest in how digital tools can improve the way people work • Experience with Synthesia, Canva, and Copilot is a plus
