Summary:
Responsible to ensure an adequate level of inventory by forecasting and executing inventory plan. Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review monthly forecast inventory per product and per channel. • Monitor the performance of new products (sales vs. plan) and propose actions to prevent stock out. • Communication with commercial and marketing areas to review inventory forecasting in general and specific (e.g., promotions). • Review inventory requirements for projects. • Communication with suppliers to manage incoming inventory arrivals (advance or delay). • Create weekly and monthly orders to each supplier including third parties. • Maintaining optimal system settings for material replenishment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Management or similar. • One year of experience in inventory planning or related. • One year experience using SAP ERP system desirable. • Proficient in Microsoft Office software. • Advanced written skills in English, spoken skills also desirable. • Analytical skills and detail oriented. • Ability to manage several activities at once in a dynamic environment.
