Job Summary: The Executive Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the executive sourcing process and support activities to ensure pipeline of talent in support of timely, targeted hiring in a global shared service environment. Works closely with Executive Recruiter(s) to understand position requirements and establish effective internal and external sourcing methods for typically hard to fill, highly competitive executive positions.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for planning, generating and executing an aggressive sourcing process to proactively identify and assess qualified internal and external candidates through pipeline building for difficult positions, to include clinical and non-clinical vacancies. • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines for executive, clinical, and non-clinical hard-to-fill roles. • Apply advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, data mining, associations, referrals, digital platforms, social media, cold calling, etc.). • Leverage Workday and other tools to identify internal talent and maintain accurate pipeline documentation. • Engage and convert passive candidates into hires while demonstrating measurable impact (e.g., time-to-fill reduction, pipeline quality). • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques to inform the Executive Talent Acquisition team. • Track and report sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market trends for recruiters and leadership. • Build and sustain relationships with prospective candidates through tailored outreach and consistent engagement. • Stay current on emerging sourcing tools, technologies, and healthcare talent market dynamics. • This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree- Human Resources, Business, Communications, or Related field (required)

Required Licensing & Certifications:

• Recruitment-specific certificate (AIRS or ERE) or PHR/SPHR or healthcare licensure (RN, LPN, etc.) (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum of three years of experience as either a corporate Sourcer, or recruiter from a search firm, preferably in a global shared service or BPO environment. Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare sourcing and or recruiting, preferred. • Ability to use advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean, and data mining. Experience sourcing with major sourcing tools Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster. Experience in database Mining and social networking sourcing tools. Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills required. • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively. Excellent negotiation/closing skills; ability to recover candidate objections. Excellent selling skills, both verbal and written.

• Technical: Workday, ATS/CRM systems, Asana, Microsoft Suite, advanced sourcing/search methods. • Analytical: Market research, pipeline reporting, trend analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving. • Interpersonal: Relationship building, influencing, negotiation/closing, strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, time management, adaptability.
