The question is whether you come back the next day ready to win. We are not trying to attract everyone. We are trying to find the people who read this and think: Oh hell yes. Where do I apply?
Compensation
• Uncapped performance-based income + additional bonuses for highly motivated reps
• $1,750 during the training period.
• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-100,000+
• Top performers earn $150,000+ annually
• $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $333 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.
Requirements
• Availability Monday through Saturday.
• Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
• Working cell phone with data plan.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
