We are looking for a House Manager for one of our residential services, The Sycamores in South Normanton, Derbyshire.
The Sycamores is a 9 bedded community rehabilitation (level 1) residential service for men that have been able to progress through the hospital pathway at rehabilitation and recovery hospitals.
Your Day-to-Day… • Provide strong & effective leadership • Be responsible for the overall running & strategic direction of the service • Ensure full compliance with Cygnet policies & procedures, CQC & other relevant regulators • Deliver a high-quality service, in respect of both resident care & employee engagement • Ensure all clinical, budgetary, regulatory & service development targets are met • Implement risk assessment, risk management & embed clinical governance • Lead on appropriate investigations as required • Review & develop potential opportunities for improved quality & commercial growth. • You will be registered with the CQC
You are… • Experienced in managing & leading a team in a Social Care setting • A role model & team player who can lead by example, inspire & develop others • Capable of managing performance effectively & using your own initiative • Experienced in working to CQC guidelines, relevant legislation & professional regulations • Able to undertake investigations & to manage complaints confidently & appropriately.
