 Director of Clinical Services (Therapy Focused) – Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (with leadership on-call responsibilities) About Us At SierraVista, our mission is to inspire hope and deliver holistic care to those facing acute psychiatric conditions and substance use disorders. What You’ll Do As the Director of Clinical Services (Therapy Focused), you will lead the therapy department and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. You will:
• Oversee therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy programs. • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate therapists, case managers, and clinical support staff. • Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. • Develop and implement therapeutic programming that supports recovery and patient outcomes. • Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to ensure an integrated care approach. • Provide clinical oversight, training, and professional development opportunities for therapists. • Monitor documentation, treatment planning, and utilization review to ensure quality and efficiency. What We’re Looking For
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. • Independent clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required. • 3+ years of experience in behavioral health therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. • Strong background in psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Must be 21 years or older.
