業務内容 BSIグループジャパンでは、People（人事）チームの体制強化に伴い、HR Generalistを2名募集しています。 このポジションは、人事の一つの領域だけを担当する仕事ではありません。 社員の入社から退職までのEmployee Lifecycle全体に関わり、Onboarding、雇用契約、Payroll Coordination、Benefits、Leave Management、HR System、Employee Supportなど、幅広い人事業務を担当します。 また、社員・管理職にとって身近なPeople Teamの窓口として、日々のさまざまな人事相談に対応しながら、必要に応じてEmployee Relations SpecialistやPeople Partner、APAC・GlobalのPeople Teamとも連携します。 「人事の経験領域をもっと広げたい」 「Hands-onなHR経験を活かしてGlobal HRへ挑戦したい」 そのような方に、ぜひご検討いただきたいポジションです。 主な業務 ・社員・管理職に対する日常的なHR SupportおよびAdvice ・Onboarding／入社手続き ・雇用契約およびEmployee Dataの変更・管理 ・Benefits、Leave Management等の運用 ・Payrollに必要な情報の取りまとめ、Payroll Coordination ・Offboarding／退職手続き ・HR/HCM Systemを使用したEmployee Recordsの管理 ・HR Policy、Procedure、Employee Lifecycleに関する一次的な問い合わせ対応 ・管理職に対するPeople Processのサポート ・Employee Relations案件の一次対応、内容の整理および適切なEscalation ・日本の雇用・労働法制に沿ったHR Operationsの運用 ・Regional／Global People Initiativeの日本への導入支援 ・HR Process、Employee Experienceの継続的な改善 ・HR Administratorへの日常的なGuidance、Support この仕事の魅力 ■ Employee Lifecycle全体を経験できる 採用後のOnboardingから、契約変更、Payroll、Benefits、Leave、Employee Support、Offboardingまで、人事実務を幅広く経験できます。 特定領域だけではなく、End-to-EndのHR Professionalとしてキャリアを広げられる環境です。 ■ 日本のHR経験をGlobal HRへ BSIは英国に本社を置くグローバル組織です。 日本の雇用・労働法制を理解しながら、APAC・GlobalのPeople Teamと連携し、Global PolicyやHR Processを日本のビジネスへ展開していきます。 日本で培った人事経験と英語力を活かして、Global HRの経験をさらに深めることができます。 ■ 社員・管理職に近いHR 単にHR Administrationを処理するだけのポジションではありません。 社員や管理職からの相談を受け、状況を理解し、必要な情報を確認したうえで、適切なHR Supportを提供します。 制度やProcessを分かりやすく説明し、社員・管理職から「まず相談したい」と思ってもらえるPeople Partnerであることを大切にしています。 ■ HR OperationsからER・HRBPへ経験を広げられる 日常的なEmployee Relations案件について一次対応を行い、必要に応じてER SpecialistやPeople Partnerと連携します。 HR Operationsの経験を活かしながら、Employee RelationsやStakeholder Managementなど、より幅広いHR領域へ専門性を広げることができます。 ■ HRの仕組みをより良くする 日常業務だけでなく、Regional／Global HR Initiative、HR System、Process Improvementにも関わります。 決められたProcessを運用するだけではなく、 「もっとシンプルにできないか」 「社員や管理職にとって、より良いHR Experienceにできないか」 をPeople Teamと一緒に考え、改善していくこともこのポジションの重要な役割です。 私たちが求めているのは、肩書きではなくHands-onなHR経験です。 HR Generalist、HR Operations、People Operations、HR Advisorはもちろん、HRBPとして幅広い人事実務を担当されてきた方も歓迎します。 Employee Lifecycle × Communication × Global HR これまでの人事経験を活かしながら、より幅広いHR Professionalとして次のキャリアに挑戦したい方からのご応募をお待ちしています。
