Essential Job functions
• 執行年度稽核計畫的查核,包含台灣母子公司與北美子公司 • 撰寫稽核報告,追蹤查核發現改善情形 • 集團母公司與子公司年度內控自評 • 內部制度規範的優化及完善 • 專案查核及主管交辦事項
Requirement
• 至少3年以上的公開發行以上公司的工作經歷 • 具稽核工作敏銳度、英文會議能力 • 細心負責、有耐心、溝通能力佳、邏輯清晰 • 熟悉證管法令和內控流程
