Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Assistant Nurse Manager position with the Breast Oncology Clinic in Jacksonville, FL.
The Assistant Nurse Manager would be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Nursing and Nursing support staff. The ANM would oversee scheduling, time-keeping, and providing coverage as needed. The ANM must be comfortable travelling to other clinics for support as needed.
Assistant Nurse Manager responsibilities include:
• Delegate tasks to nursing staff • Manage and checks the nursing schedule • Ensure all shifts are covered • Conduct assessments and performance reviews • Tend to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day
Assistant Nurse Manager Experience:
• 1-2 Years of Oncology Experience Preferred • 3-5 Years of Nursing Experience Preferred
Education & Credential Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing • Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards • Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
