*Eligible for up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus, if hired!* Baptist Health is currently looking to add a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to our Nuclear Medicine Department at Baptist Beaches located in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity working 40 hours per week. A Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for providing patients with radioactive medication and operating imaging technology to track the radiation within the patient’s body. Their duties include sterilizing syringes, preparing patients for a scan, and processing image reports that indicate the presence of disease. Experience with geriatric and cardiac patients preferred. Nuclear Medicine Technologist Responsibilities:

• Performs high quality diagnostic procedures • Knowledge of (and adherence to) State of Florida rules and regulations in regard to Radiation Control/Radioactive Materials • Protects patients, self, others from unnecessary/excessive radiation exposure • Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements • Identifies, Prepares, administers, and documents medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state, and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy Experience Requirements:

• Radioactive Material Experience Preferred • Experience working in a hospital setting Preferred • Customer Service Experience Preferred • Knowledge of Federal and State Regulations Preferred Education & Credential Requirements:
