Baptist Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join the Hill Breast Center. This is a PRN Day shift position.
A Mammography Technologist is responsible for ensuring physicians and other members of a patient’s care team receive high-quality images of the breast so they can use to make diagnoses or assess the success of treatments. Mammography Technologist Responsibilities:
• Performing high-quality screening • Performing diagnostic and invasive breast procedures • Performing bone density radiography Experience Requirements:
• Experience in mammography department Preferred • Customer Service Experience Preferred • Experience in Breast Center environment Preferred • Mammography Technical Professional Experience Preferred • Bone Density Experience Preferred Education & Credential Requirements:
• Vocational School • Registered Technologist in Breast Sonography – ARRT Required Or • Mammography Certification (M) - ARRT Required Required Or • Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT – ARRT Required Or • Licensed Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - DOH Required Or • Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA This Mammography Technologist will be located at the Hill Breast Center in Jacksonville, FL.
