TITLE Dialogue and Campus Partner Assistant DEPARTMENT Office of Belonging and Inclusion REPORTS TO Brooklyn Modestita, bmodestita@babson.edu PAY RATE $15/hr

THE OPPORTUNITY Supports program development and student engagement by coordinating community conversations and building relationships with campus partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Program Coordination (Community Conversations)

• Schedule and confirm weekly facilitators and discussion topics • Ensure topics are finalized in a timely manner

Campus Engagement & Partnerships

• Build relationships with student clubs and organizations • Coordinate collaborative and co-facilitated Community Conversations • Attend campus events to promote visibility and engagement

• Identify and share partnership opportunities with your supervisor

Engagement Strategy

• Develop ideas to increase attendance and participation • Gather informal feedback to improve programming

Awareness & Outreach Programming

• Support heritage month and awareness-related tabling/events

• Collaborate with Marketing on outreach efforts

Space Contribution

• Update and maintain the Heritage Board monthly

Additional Duties

• Support office events and initiatives • Facilitate community conversations as needed • Weekly office hours as needed • Assume additional responsibilities as required.
