What We’re Looking For • Previous leadership experience within busy pubs, bars or late-night venues • Ability to multitask under pressure while keeping service smooth, efficient and fun • A genuine team player who leads from the front with a positive, can-do attitude • Confidence running high-volume service periods and busy late-night trade • Strong customer service skills with the ability to turn challenges into great guest experiences • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Experience with gaming, cash handling and end-of-night procedures preferred • RSA essential • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and peak trading periods
