Location: Seoul & Busan
Essential responsibilities:
• Drive a strong EHS culture throughout the supply base and within the team • Identify and lead supplier development programs to continuously improve supplier performance • Develop and execute audit schedules for both quality and EHS • Supervise detailed Root Cause Analysis when issues arise, drive preventative actions that ensure issues don’t re-occur • Establish and monitor the supplier qualifications program • Work closely with Supplier Quality engineer to resolve the issues • Identify and execute process simplification ideas to improve the efficiency • Experienced in casting, forging, welding, machining & NDT process and able to perform inspections. Qualification:
• Degree/Diploma in a technical/Engineering subject • 5+ years’ experience in Engineering/Quality/Project • Ability to read technical documents/drawings/specifications • Strong process/products/project experience on Steam Turbine/Turbo Generator and welding fabrication • NDT level-2 in UT, MT, PT & VT as per ISO9217 or ASNT • Fluent in English
