Key Responsibilities
• • Ensure the implementation and follow-up of engineering changes. • Ensure proper planning of engineering change introductions and effective coordination among all internal and external stakeholders. • Prepare and monitor engineering change documentation in accordance with defined standards. • Maintain material files and time calculations up to date in SAP through periodic verification and issue a 5 Why analysis in case of discrepancies. • Define the investments required for engineering changes and new models and monitor the associated budget. • Define and update wire and tube lengths for harnesses. • Prepare splice configuration documents. • Ensure effective control of internal technical documentation and maintain the associated information systems under control. • Ensure PFMEA reviews are completed following engineering changes and customer deviations, implementing all required actions. • Monitor pre-series and service (after-sales) harness assembly activities. • Escalate internally and externally any risks or issues related to product design and participate in Design Review (BOD) activities. • Ensure the successful execution of customer and certification audits. • Control and monitor overtime hours of support personnel. • Ensure compliance with all procedures related to the function. • Ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements.
Qualifications :
• Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent • First Experience in ME department • Ability to work autonomously • Strong communication skills WHY JOIN US?
