The key purpose of this role is to support the business in its growth phase by providing quality Master Data to the company for the procurement process.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
• Analyze large set of data including product stock code and simplify these for • Management reports • Automate master data and report using VBA in Excel • Process and update Master Data • Validate and approve/ reject Master Data requests • Generate obsolete/ duplicate master data lists • Perform Master Data cleansing • Capture Master Data information • Verify Master Data execution • Ensure quality completeness of all Master Data on the systems • Validate changes with Category Leads • Communicate status to requestor and relevant stakeholder • Escalate issues to Master Data & Compliance Lead • Support the business for audit requirements
Minimum Requirements:
• University Degree or equivalent • Behavioral Competencies • Experience and understanding of analytics tools such as advanced MS Excel, • macros and VBA • Analytical skills • Ability to conceptualize business impact focused analytics • Communicating effectively by conveying information and ideas in a clear, • meaningful, and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding; • solicit inputs and provide open candid conversations • Establishing collaborative working relationships
