the Czech Republic</li><li>Handle and document customer complaints, including the preparation and follow-up of 8D reports</li><li>Coordinate root cause analyses in collaboration with internal specialist departments</li><li>Monitor and evaluate defined quality performance indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Support the creation of P-FMEA, Control Plans, and other quality-related documentation</li><li>Plan, implement, and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)</li><li>Support project quality planning and accompany customer, supplier, and certification audits</li><li>Participate in internal audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System</li></ul> Ihr Profil <ul><li>Completed technical or commercial education (secondary education / vocational school level)</li><li>Several years of professional experience in Quality Management are required</li><li>Good command of German or English, both written and spoken</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems</li><li>Solid knowledge of 8D methodology and common root cause analysis tools (e.g., Ishikawa, 5 Whys)</li><li>Basic understanding of statistical methods (e.g., MSA, SPC)</li><li>Familiarity with relevant management system standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VDA guidelines)</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation</li><li>Structured and analytical working style with strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Driving licence (Category B)</li></ul> Warum
