As Regional Head of Travel, Health, IT & Cyber (m/f/d), you will take on a strategic leadership role within our Northern Europe operations. You will work closely with international stakeholders and guide teams to deliver efficient, customer-focused services. In this role, you will combine strategy and hands-on leadership, shape transformation initiatives, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You can expect a dynamic, multi-country environment where you will drive performance, optimize processes, and contribute to building future-ready operations.<br> <br> <strong>Your responsibilities</strong><br> <br><ul style="margin-top:0cm;"><li>Defining and implementing the operational strategy</li><li>Monitoring and optimizing performance (KPIs, SLAs, quality, cost)</li><li>Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer experience</li><li>Leading and developing international operations teams</li><li>Driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Establishing governance structures and managing key stakeholders</li><li>Managing operational risks and ensuring business continuity</li><li>Promoting innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making</li><li>Developing talent and critical capabilities across the region</li><li>Ensuring compliance with group guidelines and local regulations</li></ul> Das bringst Du mit <ul style="margin-top:0cm;"><li>Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, including senior leadership roles</li><li>Proven experience in operational management within large medical operations teams</li><li>Proven experience in managing multi-site / international operations, healthcare services</li><li>Demonstrated track record in process optimization and performance improvement</li><li>Experience in transformation, digitalization, or change management initiatives</li></ul>Applications from people with disabilities will be given preferential consideration if they have equal qualifications.
