Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. </span> DEINE AUFGABEN <ul><li>Gesamtverantwortung für eine ordnungsgemäße Finanzbuchhaltung nach Swiss GAAP FER und HGB</li><li>Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse</li><li>Verantwortung für das monatliche Konzernreporting (Tagetik)</li><li>Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung des Buchhaltungsteams</li><li>Sicherstellung periodengerechter Abgrenzungen und Rückstellungen</li><li>Sicherstellung des Mahnprozesses</li><li>Überwachung der Nebenbuchhaltungen (Debitoren, Lager, Anlagevermögen, Kreditoren)</li><li>Sicherstellung der Abstimmung sämtlicher Bilanzkonten sowie der Intercompany-Transaktionen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe</li><li>Verantwortung für Liquiditätsmanagement und -planung sowie den Zahlungsverkehr </li><li>Verantwortung für die Umsatzsteuer</li><li>Verantwortung für das interne Kontrollsystem (IKS) sowie Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Compliance-Vorgaben</li><li>Ansprechpartner/in für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Koordination der Jahresabschlussprüfung</li><li>Analyse, Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Accounting- und Abschlussprozesse</li><li>Mitwirkung bei ERP- und Digitalisierungs- und Finanz-Projekten</li><li>Verantwortung für finanzrelevante Stammdaten und deren Datenqualität (Data Governance)</li><li>Sicherstellung einer funktionierenden Stellvertretungsregelung innerhalb des Teams</li><li>Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Accounting Manuals der Robert Aebi Gruppe</li></ul> DEIN PROFIL <ul><li>Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Steuern oder eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder Wirtschaftsprüfer bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation</li><li>Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen</li><li>Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Mitarbeitende weiterzuentwickeln</li><li>Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB; Swiss GAAP FER oder IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil</li><li>Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen sowie Konzern-Reporting-Lösungen (z.B.
