Brief job description We are a product company – we build and continuously develop our own Master Data<br>Management platform. This gives us a stable working environment and provides our people<br>with a genuine opportunity to influence the shape and direction of the solutions we build.<br>Instead of working on short-term projects for different clients, you will have the opportunity to<br>contribute to a product over the long term and see the impact of your work.<br>We are looking for an experienced Team Lead (Java) who combines strong people leadership<br>skills with deep technical expertise. As a Team Lead, you will support and develop your team<br>members while taking responsibility for the technical quality of the systems your team builds<br>and operates.<br>This is a broad and comprehensive role, made possible by the way our teams are structured: our<br>Team Leads work with small, 3–5-person teams and have a very limited number of meetings.<br>Apart from the daily, you mainly participate in meetings directly related to your team’s work<br>and needs – typically around 2–3 hours per week in total. This allows you to spend most of your<br>time working with your team, making technical decisions and supporting people’s development.<br>We expect you to have a very good understanding of your team’s technology stack, the ability to<br>organise and coordinate the team’s work, and confidence in making technical decisions. Your<br>impact will extend beyond your own team, including collaboration with other teams to ensure<br>that everyone remains focused on delivering value.<br>The ideal candidate has a strong background in backend development using modern Java<br>technologies, several years of professional experience, and experience mentoring, leading or<br>coordinating engineers. We are looking for a team-oriented person who values collaboration,<br>knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving. A genuine interest in data and databases will<br>be a strong advantage.
