You will ensure consistent project execution, high-quality customer outcomes, and continuous improvement of delivery processes while supporting the development of our global consulting team. </p> KEY RESPONSIBILITES <ul><li><span><span>Lead global SAP Functional Consulting delivery across multiple customer projects</span></span></li><li><span><span>Coordinate consulting resources, project assignments, and capacity planning</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ensure project quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support consultants through coaching and technical guidance</span></span></li><li><span><span>Establish delivery standards, templates, methodologies, and governance</span></span></li><li><span><span>Identify</span><span>delivery risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies</span></span></li><li><span><span>Partner closely with Project Management, Product, Development, Customer Success, and Support</span></span></li><li><span><span>Drive</span><span>utilization</span><span>management and operational improvements</span></span></li><li><span><span>Monitor delivery KPIs and continuously improve execution</span></span></li></ul> JOB REQUIREMENTS <ul><li><span><span>Strong SAP Functional Consulting background</span></span></li><li><span><span>Several years of experience leading SAP implementation projects</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience coordinating distributed consulting teams</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent organizational and project management skills</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong communication</span><span>and stakeholder management abilities</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Technology or Life Sciences</span></span></li></ul><br><span><span>NICE TO HAVE</span></span><br><ul><li><span><span>SAP Certification</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations</span></span></li><li><span><span>Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience with global delivery organizations</span></span></li></ul> YOUR WORKPLACE Our state-of-the-art office is well equipped with modern furniture and equipment.
