Deine Aufgaben Als Hauptbuchhalter (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in unserer Finanzabteilung. Du verantwortest die ordnungsgemäße Führung der Hauptbuchhaltung und stellst sicher, dass alle Geschäftsvorfälle termingerecht sowie nach den geltenden Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (HGB/IFRS) erfasst werden. Dabei bist Du direkter Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater und arbeitest eng mit internen sowie externen Schnittstellen zusammen. <ul><li>Abschlusserstellung: Prüfung und Kontrolle aller monatsabschlussrelevanten Sachverhalte, z. B. Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen</li><li>Intercompany-Abstimmung: Verbuchung und Abstimmung von Intercompany-Sachverhalten sowie Austausch mit verbundenen Unternehmen</li><li>Abschlussverantwortung: Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach lokalem Recht und IFRS</li><li>Kontenklärung: Überwachung und Abstimmung der Hauptbuchkonten sowie der Nebenbuchhaltungen (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Anlagen)</li><li>Steuermanagement: Vorbereitung und Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen</li><li>Prozessoptimierung: Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen sowie internen Kontrollsystemen</li><li>Reporting: Erstellung und Prüfung von Bilanzen sowie fristgerechtes Reporting an unsere Unternehmensgruppe in Frankreich</li></ul> Das bringst du mit <ul><li>Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft (Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Rechnungswesen) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK)</li><li>Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im mittelständischen Umfeld</li><li>IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (z.
