Deine Aufgaben <ul><li>Erstellungen von Debitorenrechnungen mittels DATEV</li><li>Durchführung des Mahnwesens</li><li>vorbereitende Kreditorenbuchhaltung</li><li>Betreuung der Kunden am Telefon und ggf. Weiterleitung der eingehenden Telefonate </li><li>allgemeine Sekretariats- und Verwaltungsaufgaben (Bsp. Ablage, Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Besprechungen, Statistiken für die GF u.v.m.)</li><li>Vertretungsweise: Bestellwesen, Postein- und Postausgang</li></ul> Dein Profil <ul><li>abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B.
