Deine Aufgaben <strong>Kundenbetreuung:</strong><ul><li>Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen per Telefon & E-Mail</li><li>Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen / Kundenrahmenvereinbarungen</li><li>Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Kundenservices als Schnittstelle zwischen Abteilungsleiter, Probenehmer, Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen</li><li>Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Problemen </li></ul><br><strong>Auftragsabwicklung:</strong><ul><li>Erstellung und Bearbeitung von von Angeboten und Aufträgen, ggf. Nachverfolgung von Angeboten</li><li>Überwachung des gesamten Auftragsprozesses von der Bestellung bis zur Ausführung</li><li>Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Abwicklung </li></ul><br><strong>Datenmanagement:</strong><ul><li>Erstellung von Reports & Statistiken</li></ul><br><strong>Teamarbeit:</strong><ul><li>enge Zusammenarbeit mit Team und internen Fachabteilungen zur optimalen Betreuung unserer Kunden</li><li>Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Meetings zur Besprechung von Zielen & Strategien</li></ul> Dein Profil <ul><li>abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bsp. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagent) oder vergleichbar</li><li>Kenntnisse aus der Baubranche von Vorteil</li><li>ein Quereinstieg nach einer fundierten Einarbeitung ist ebenfalls möglich</li><li>Kommunikationsstärke: Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Kollegen sowie serviceorientiertes Denken</li><li>sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse</li><li>Organisationstalent: selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise</li><li>Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Ausdauer</li><li>sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind.
