This role offers the opportunity to help shape clinical standards, service development and the future direction of specialist lipedema treatment in the UK.<br><ul><li>Deliver high-quality surgical care to patients throughout their treatment journey</li><li>Conduct consultations, clinical assessments, treatment planning and follow-up care</li><li>Perform specialised surgical procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols and best practice standards</li><li>Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary medical and administrative team</li><li>Contribute to the development of clinical pathways, governance processes and quality standards</li><li>Support the growth and strategic development of specialised lipedema services in the UK</li><li>Participate in professional networking, educational activities and knowledge exchange within our European expert network</li><li>Contribute to innovation and the continuous enhancement of patient outcomes and clinical services</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support patient education initiatives, brand awareness activities, social media engagement and the promotion of specialised lipedema services</li><li>Help create an exceptional patient experience within a private healthcare environment</li></ul> Dein Profil <ul><li>GMC-registered Consultant Surgeon, or a Specialist Surgeon eligible for GMC registration and practice in the UK (m/f/d)</li><li>Ideally, a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with proven experience in liposuction procedures</li><li>Strong surgical background with a proven commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety</li><li>Interest in specialised lipedema treatment and innovative patient care models</li><li>Ability to combine clinical expertise with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Interest in service development and contributing to the growth of a specialist centre</li><li>Fluent English language skills</li><li>Willingness to travel within the UK</li><li>High level of empathy, professionalism and patient focus</li></ul> Warum wir?
