Your Role <ul><li>End-to-end ownership of the sales cycle: Own the full sales cycle for the DACH market, from lead generation to closing, account development, and upselling existing customers.</li><li>Lead qualification: Qualify leads rigorously and find the right people inside each organization of BESS owners, operators, and investors.</li><li>Value quantification: Build clear business cases that put a number on what our analytics deliver, from higher availability and revenue to longer asset life and lower risk.</li><li>Solution design: Work hand- in- hand with our Performance Engineering team to shape the right analytics solution for each customer’s needs.</li><li>Market presence: Represent ACCURE at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events, and build a strong network across the DACH energy storage ecosystem.</li><li>Customer voice: Bring what you hear in the market back to Product and Marketing to sharpen our offering and go-to-market strategy</li></ul> Your Skills <ul><li>Commercial track record: You have 5+ years in a commercial role such as sales, business development, or key account management, ideally in the battery energy storage segment or the renewables segment.</li><li>BESS know-how: Ideally, you understand how battery energy storage systems are built, operated, and monetized, and you know the key players in the energy space in the DACH market.</li><li>Value selling: You turn technical capabilities into a convincing business case and are comfortable talking numbers, ROI, and costs with asset owners and investors.</li><li>Self-starter mindset: You work independently, prioritize well, and enjoy leading the development of an innovative product in a fast-growing start-up.</li><li>Technical curiosity: You enjoy working with engineers and pick up data and analytics concepts quickly.</li><li>Languages: You are fluent in German (native-like level) and English (C1 or above), both written and spoken, additional language are valued.</li></ul> Our Offer <ul><li style="font-size:14px;">Impact: Significant impact on product direction at a pivotal stage in the company’s commercial model. </li><li style="font-size:14px;">Work-life-balance: Trust-based, flexible working hours, 30-day vacation entitlement.</li><li style="font-size:14px;">Carnival: We love carnival.
