About the role We're looking for a senior Partnerships Manager to own and scale Keyper's real estate agency channel - growing existing agency relationships and signing new ones. You'll be the face of Keyper to the agency community, driving adoption of our RNPM product across agents and their tenants, while working closely with the PF (rent financing) engagement team on new agency onboarding and overall supply growth strategy. This is a highly needed senior position, expected to take over a significant portion of current commercial workload and secure meaningful new rent financing business. As the function matures, the remit is expected to expand into adjacent partnership areas - including distribution partnerships and employer benefits products and partnerships - with a team growing underneath, aligned to clear commercial objectives (e.g., placements per agency under coverage). Initially, half your time will be spent on outbound - identifying, approaching, and onboarding new agency partners - and the other half on deepening relationships with agencies already in our network, helping them convert more of their tenants through Keyper.
