The Business Intelligence Analyst Role: We’re searching for a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Poly and Bark, you will be at the forefront of analyzing financial performance across our e-commerce channels, identifying trends, and driving business growth. In the Business Intelligence Analyst role, you will: Analyze Financial Performance: Dive deep into our e-commerce channels, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement that will drive our business forward. Master SQL Queries: Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Develop Financial Models: Create and maintain sophisticated models to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, helping us make informed business decisions. Document Processes: Clearly document business processes and technical requirements to ensure seamless operations. Prepare Reports and Dashboards: Translate complex data into practical strategies by preparing detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our accounting, operations, purchasing, and marketing teams to gather data and support strategic initiatives. Monitor KPIs: Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring we're always on track. Own Software Maintenance: Take charge of maintaining enterprise software and ensuring data integrity across our systems.
