Core Responsibilities: Deliver client-focused service by exceeding client expectations and offering innovative solutions Manage a high volume of calls, chats, and emails while maintaining quality service Focus on membership retention and client recapturing to minimize turnover Solve product related issues through deep knowledge of our brands’ core functions Collaborate with team members and utilize available resources to creatively solve problems and address client feedback Enforce contract terms and remediate misuse while maintaining amicable client relationships Champion our company's values of Sense of Urgency, Results Orientation, Constructive Candor, and High Character
