About the Role We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to support our design team in creating intuitive, visually appealing user experiences. This is a great opportunity to grow your design skills while contributing to real product features under the guidance of senior designers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile products.
Support the creation of UI components consistent with the design system and brand guidelines.
Help gather and synthesize user feedback and usability findings.
Work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to refine design solutions.
Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on design deliverables.
Help maintain and update shared design assets and component libraries.
Qualifications & Experience
0-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, including internships or academic projects.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
Strong attention to detail and visual design sense.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is a plus.
Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Familiarity with usability testing methods is a plus.
