Job Summary: The Cosmetics Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling the company's cosmetic and skincare products from mall kiosks/booths. The role focuses on attracting customers, demonstrating products, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing brand awareness while maintaining an attractive and professional booth presentation.
Key Responsibilities – Cosmetics Sales, Product Promotion & Customer EngagementPromote cosmetic products in retail settings by demonstrating features and benefits to encourage interest and sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Actively approach and engage shoppers to introduce and promote cosmetic and skincare products.
Meet and exceed sales targets using consultative selling and understanding customer needs.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Ensure the booth is clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times
ExperienceMinimum 1–2 years of experience in cosmetics, skincare, perfume, beauty retail, or FMCG promotional sales.
Experience working in malls, retail stores, kiosks, or promotional events is preferred.
