Job Overview We are seeking an Material Coordinator – Fire Protection to plan, procure, track, inspect and deliver materials for fire fighting and fire protection projects. The role coordinates with procurement, engineering, warehouse, suppliers, subcontractors and project teams to ensure approved materials meet requirements and support timely installation, testing and handover. Key Responsibilities Coordinate material requirements for fire fighting and fire protection systems throughout the project. Prepare and monitor procurement schedules, trackers, expediting reports and delivery plans. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commercial, warehouse and project teams on requirements and priorities. Prepare material requisitions, purchase requests, purchase orders and procurement documents.
