At Nachhilfeunterricht, we are looking for experienced professionals from different industries who can support recent graduates with practical, realistic and personalised career guidance.
What will you do?Provide individual sessions on job searching, applications and entering the job market.
Help students identify suitable industries, roles and career opportunities.
Discuss salary expectations and professional development based on their goals and experience.
Help students improve their CV, applications and job-search strategy.
Accompany students throughout their job search, session by session, until they secure their first opportunity.
What are we looking for?3–10 years of professional experience in any industry.
Practical knowledge of the job market and professional environments.
Good communication and listening skills.
Ability to provide realistic and constructive guidance.
No teaching qualification or previous teaching experience is required.
